Job Title: Project Manager (Design) – Grade A Projects

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Design) to lead and manage high-profile Grade A projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process across all project phases (concept, schematic, detailed design, and delivery)
• Manage and coordinate architects, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, standards, and regulations
• Review and approve design deliverables to maintain quality and consistency
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Liaise with clients and provide regular progress updates
• Ensure projects meet Grade A quality standards and expectations

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in design management or project management within the design field
• Proven experience working on Grade A / high-end / large-scale projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Strong knowledge of design processes, construction methods, and industry standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in design and project management tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Grade A is mandatory
• PMP certification or equivalent
• Experience in international or large-scale commercial/residential projects
• Strong stakeholder management experience
