Project Manager (Design & Built Project) Civil/Landscape Works)

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle: design, planning, procurement, execution, and handover.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met.
• Review and approve design drawings, technical submissions, and material proposals.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks/delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, local regulations, and quality/safety standards.
• Prepare project reports, cost tracking, and progress updates for management and stakeholders.
• Lead project team members, allocate resources, and ensure effective communication across all disciplines.
• Oversee landscape construction, irrigation systems, hardscape, and infrastructure works.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in civil/landscape projects, with at least 5 years in a project management role (preferably design & build).
• Proven track record of managing large-scale landscaping, infrastructure, and civil projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera and other project management tools.
• Familiarity with UAE/local authority standards and approval processes (advantage).

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
