Role Overview
The Project Manager – Digital Marketing & Branding will be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling digital marketing and branding initiatives across the company’s combat sports brands and real estate projects. This role requires a hands-on digital marketer with strong brand sensibility, capable of translating business goals into measurable digital outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Performance

Plan, execute, and optimise SEO strategies (technical, on-page, off-page) across global markets
- Manage and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns, including targeting, creatives, funnels, and ROAS
- Lead email marketing strategies, including lifecycle flows, promotions, and CRM-based campaigns
- Develop and manage affiliate and influencer marketing programs, from onboarding to performance tracking
- Oversee digital budgets, campaign timelines, and performance KPIs
Branding & Vision

Work closely with senior leadership to translate brand vision into digital execution
- Ensure brand consistency across content, campaigns, influencers, and platforms
- Contribute to long-term brand positioning, storytelling, and differentiation in the combat sports domain
- Support brand launches, product drops, sponsorships, and ambassador programs
Project & Stakeholder Management

Act as the central point of coordination between internal teams, agencies, creatives, influencers, and vendors
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across combat sports and real estate portfolios
- Set timelines, milestones, deliverables, and ensure on-time execution
- Report performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior management
Real Estate Digital Marketing

Plan and manage digital campaigns for real estate projects (lead generation, brand trust, investor communication)
- Adapt messaging for low-investment or cautious market environments
- Support sales teams with digital funnels, content, and performance insights
Requirements
- 5–8+ years experience in digital marketing and branding roles
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- SEO (tools, audits, keyword strategy, content optimisation)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Email marketing platforms and CRM tools
- Influencer & affiliate marketing ecosystems
- Proven experience working on brand strategy and brand-led growth
- Experience with e-commerce, marketplaces, or global consumer brands (highly preferred)
- Ability to analyse data, derive insights, and optimise campaigns accordingly
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder-handling skills
Preferred / Value-Add Experience
