Role Summary
The Project Manager - Digital & Omni is responsible for driving planning, prioritisation, and delivery across all Digital initiatives. This role exists to bring structure, pace, and follow-through to DigiServe's work. You own the Digital & Omni roadmap for DigiServe, ensure key plans and calendars are delivered, and protect focus so the organisation can execute effectively. You are the right hand to the VP Digital & Omni, helping translate strategy into clear plans, projects, and outcomes. You work closely with the business divisions and support functions to ensure brand plans, go-to-market activity, and trading moments are delivered on time and in sync. This is a highly visible role requiring strong judgement, calm under pressure, and the ability to keep complex programmes moving forward.
Key Success Drivers including Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Planning, Roadmaps & Governance
· Own the DigiServe delivery roadmap, including all Digital, IT, Commercial, Procurement, Risk & Audit, Financial initiatives.
· Translate priorities into clear project plans, timelines, and milestones.
· Maintain a single, prioritised view of work across DigiServe.
· Ensure alignment between DigiServe priorities, brand plans, and commercial priorities.
Project & Programme Delivery
· Manage projects related to platforms, tools, integrations, new partners, and prospective brands.
· Ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope, and with clear business outcomes.
· Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and resolve them early.
Integrated Ways of Working
· Drive the integrated DigiServe-to-Division delivery process across all brands.
· Work closely with IMC and divisional teams on Brand Planning, Go-To-Market, and Trade calendars.
· Ensure digital activity is planned and executed in line with commercial moments.
· Create clarity on ownership, inputs, and decision points across teams.
Cadence, Rhythm & Communication
· Own delivery of key DigiServe moments, including:
o Annual, quarterly and monthly planning cycles
o Core calendars o Digital & Omni strategy
o Go to Market o Fiscal Budget Planning
o Monthly and Quarterly Functional Connects
· Ensure teams are aligned, prepared, and accountable ahead of key milestones.
· Provide clear, concise updates to senior stakeholders on progress and risks.
Focus & Execution
· Protect focus by managing scope, priorities, and change.
· Maintain momentum across multiple initiatives without losing quality.
· Support the VP - DigiServe in driving execution, decision-making, and follow-through.
· Act as a calm, trusted point of coordination in fast-moving environments.
People Management
The incumbent is responsible for setting clear objectives and performance targets in collaboration with team members, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals. This role involves actively mentoring, guiding, and providing direction to the team to cultivate skill development, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. The incumbent applies structured performance management practices to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and drive the team towards achieving periodic KPIs. Through strategic oversight and regular feedback, the incumbent fosters a results-oriented environment, empowering the team to meet and exceed established benchmarks while supporting both individual and collective growth.
· This role has one direct report.

Functional/Technical Competencies
· Strong project and programme management experience in digital or technology environments.
· Experience owning and managing delivery roadmaps and integrated calendars.
· Comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
· Solid understanding of digital platforms, IT delivery cycles, and dependencies.
· Experience working with marketing, brand, and commercial teams.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience
· +8 years proven experience delivering complex digital or technology programmes.
· Experience working in matrixed organisations with multiple stakeholders.
· Exposure to retail, e-commerce, or omni-channel environments preferred.
· Demonstrated ability to operate as a trusted partner to senior leaders
