Project Manager- District Cooling & Infrastructure Projects

Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in construction and project management, with at least 5 years in a Project Manager role.
• Proven experience in District Cooling Networks, Chilled Water Pipelines, and associated infrastructure works.
• Strong experience in the execution of:
• Chilled water piping systems
• Buried and above-ground chilled water pipelines
• District cooling plant connections and tie-ins
• Valve chambers, ETS connections, and utility corridors
• Road crossings, NDRC works, and utility diversions
• Civil infrastructure works including excavation, shoring, dewatering, backfilling, and reinstatement
• Demonstrated experience managing projects for district cooling providers such as Empower, Emicool, Tabreed, or similar utility clients.
• Thorough knowledge of UAE authority requirements, permits, and NOC processes, including coordination with road authorities, municipalities, and utility agencies.
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, cost control, risk management, and contract administration.
• Strong capability in managing subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and client stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
• Must have Valid UAE Driving License.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage district cooling and chilled water infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure project delivery within approved scope, budget, quality standards, and schedule.
• Coordinate design reviews, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays and risks.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and utility providers to ensure timely approvals and successful project execution.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, contractual obligations, and project specifications.
• Prepare and present progress reports, project forecasts, and commercial updates to senior management.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
