Project Manager (E-Book & Design)

We are seeking a proactive Support & Project Manager Profile for our Design and E-Book Unit to manage client communication, coordinate design and E-Book projects , and ensure smooth delivery across our services, including websites, logos, branding, and multi-platform digital assets. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management skills with solid technical understanding of design workflows.

Position 1: Project Manager (E-Book)

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary contact for clients; manage inquiries, updates, and expectations.Coordinate e-book production workflows including formatting, layout, cover design, and proofreading.Review and present drafts, layouts, and designs to clients for approval.Manage timelines, deliverables, and project documentation.Ensure accurate conversion across formats such as PDF, EPUB, and MOBI.Guide clients on publishing platforms (Amazon KDP, Ingram Spark, etc.) and upload requirements.Track revisions, quality-check final files, and oversee the publishing process.Communicate technical requirements clearly between clients and production teams.

Position 2: Project Manager (Design)

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients; manage queries, feedback, and expectations.Coordinate end-to-end design projects (websites, logos, UI mockups) with internal design and development teams.Coordinate with production to prepare and present mockups for client reviews.Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation.Understand and communicate basic technical aspects such as CMS platforms, responsive design, hosting, domains, and integration requirements.Oversee and guide clients on payment gateways and relevant third-party integrations.Ensure quality checks before delivery and manage revisions smoothly.

Required Skills & Qualifications1–3 years of experience in project coordination or client support (preferably in a design or digital agency and publishing or digital content. Understanding of e-book formatting, design basics, and platform standards. Strong understanding of website design, UI/UX basics, branding, and digital platforms. Familiarity with payment gateways, web integrations, and CMS systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
