Project Manager – Electrical (Data Center Projects)

Company Overview:
We are a leading MEP Contracting company specializing in high-value infrastructure projects. With a strong portfolio in mission-critical facilities, we are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with an electrical background to lead our Data Center projects from initiation to successful handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Data Center projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
• Manage the project life cycle including design coordination, procurement, installation, testing & commissioning.
• Supervise and coordinate electrical works including power distribution, UPS systems, generators, and other mission-critical systems.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are fully met.
• Develop project schedules, progress reports, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Manage project teams and provide leadership, mentoring, and performance oversight.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience (8–12 years) in managing large-scale electrical projects, preferably Data Centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems (HV, MV, LV) and integrated MEP services.
• Excellent project management skills including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera / MS Project) and MS Office.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
