Project Manager/ Engineer

JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer / Manager to lead and execute end-to-end signage and outdoor media advertising projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of proven expertise in managing signage, OOH advertising installations, and digital media projects by ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and uncompromised quality.

This role demands strong technical knowledge, on-ground project execution skills, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver, planner, and team leader who ensures every project reflects the company’s commitment to quality and excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with client requirements and company standards.
• Oversee end-to-end execution, from site preparation, fabrication, and installation to final handover.
• Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved within deadlines and scope.

Client Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the single point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Translate client briefs into actionable project plans and ensure expectations are met.
• Provide proactive communication, progress reporting, and resolution of concerns.

Team Leadership & Resource Management

• Lead site engineers, technicians, and sub-contractors to deliver high-quality outputs.
• Allocate tasks effectively and ensure alignment with project goals and safety protocols.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and performance monitoring to ensure operational excellence.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Enforce strict quality control measures at all project stages.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications, health & safety, and UAE regulations.
• Address defects or deviations promptly to maintain brand standards.

Budgeting & Cost Control

• Manage project budgets and expenses with accuracy and accountability.
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising project outcomes.
• Track material usage and vendor performance to ensure cost efficiency.

Risk Management & Process Improvement

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Ensure project documentation, compliance records, and reports are accurate and up to date.
• Recommend process enhancements to improve efficiency and execution speed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or civil engineering, Project Management, or a related field. PMP certification or relevant training will be an added advantage.

Experience:

• At least 5 to 7 years of progressive project management experience in signage, digital signage, or outdoor
• Proven track record of delivering multiple medium-to-large scale projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of fabrication, installation, structural design considerations, and regulatory approvals.

Technical Proficiency:

• Skilled in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and technical drawings (advantageous).
• Familiarity with local UAE municipality regulations and OOH industry compliance.

Leadership & Soft Skills:

• Strong planning, execution, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
