Project Manager – EPC Projects

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of EPC projects, from sales handover to final client delivery. This role requires strong leadership, client management, and coordination across multiple teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Role Overview
As a Project Manager, you will be the single point of contact for clients and will manage project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. You will work closely with internal teams including Design, Procurement, QA/QC, Site, and Accounts to ensure smooth progress at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Take over projects from Sales with full documentation and review customer requirements.
• Plan project timelines, design milestones, and delivery schedules.
• Lead client communication, kick-off meetings, and progress updates.
• Develop and maintain project trackers for design, procurement, and execution.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for approvals, quality compliance, and execution.
• Ensure proper documentation, site visits, and inspections as required.
• Complete project closure, handover documentation, and internal debrief.

What We Expect

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in EPC, infrastructure, or construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools (MS Project/Primavera preferred).
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with QA/QC, ISO standards, and HSE compliance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
