Project Manager / ERP Delivery Lead – Odoo ERP

Position Overview

The Project Manager / ERP Delivery Lead is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects. The role ensures that solutions are aligned with business goals, delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. This position also manages client communication, cross-functional coordination, and oversees functional & technical project resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full lifecycle Odoo ERP implementation projects, from requirement gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with functional consultants, developers, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
  • Conduct business requirement analysis and translate needs into Odoo ERP features and workflows.
  • Oversee solution design, configuration, customization, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Prepare project documentation, plans, progress reports, and risk assessments.
  • Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure resolution of issues before deployment.
  • Manage change requests and ensure controlled implementation of enhancements.
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices and quality standards. •
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to the implementation team.
  • Maintain continuous communication with the client and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Odoo ERP project management or similar ERP systems.
  • Proven experience with ERP implementation methodologies and SDLC processes.
  • Strong understanding of Odoo modules (such as Finance, HR, Accounting, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, etc.).
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • PMP, Agile, or similar certifications are a plus.
