Project Manager ERPNext Dubai

Job Summary

The Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end ERP projects for clients in Dubai, coordinating with on‑site stakeholders and offshore teams to deliver ERPNext/Odoo implementations on time, within scope and budget.​

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver ERPNext/Odoo projects from requirement gathering to go‑live and post‑go‑live support.​
• Meet clients, understand business processes and document clear functional requirements and project scope.​
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, resource allocation and risk/issue logs; monitor progress and adjust as needed.​
• Coordinate daily with functional and technical teams in India to clarify requirements, remove blockers and ensure quality delivery.​
• Lead internal and client status meetings; share concise progress updates, risks and action plans.​
• Oversee testing (SIT/UAT), track defects and ensure sign‑off criteria are met before go‑live.​
• Support user training, change management and adoption at client sites in Dubai/Abu Dhabi.​
• Assist pre‑sales with discovery calls, solution demos and inputs for proposals/effort estimates when required.​
• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and handle escalations in a professional, solution‑oriented manner.​

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.​
• 4–7 years’ experience in software/ERP project management, including at least 3 years on ERP implementations (ERPNext/Odoo preferred).​
• Good understanding of business processes in areas: Trading, Services, Manufacturing or Construction.​
• Proven experience preparing BRDs/FRDs, project plans, status reports and effort estimates.​
• Experience in working with distributed/offshore teams and managing multiple projects in parallel.​
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.​
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or hybrid project management methodologies;
