Project Manager (ETL & Data Warehouse)

KalSoft is currently looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in ETL and Data Warehouse solutions to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals who have a solid background in delivering complex projects within the banking and financial services sector, and are capable of managing end-to-end project lifecycles while ensuring quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful delivery within defined scope, timelines, and budget.
• Oversee the complete project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Manage ETL processes and Data Warehouse implementations, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and optimal performance.
• Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices, standards, and regulatory requirements within the banking domain.
• Maintain effective communication across all levels of the organization.

Requirements

• Saudi National (Mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management
• Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry (Mandatory)
• Strong expertise in ETL processes and Data Warehouse management (Mandatory)
• Proven track record of managing teams and delivering complex projects
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
