Project Manager-Events & Wellbeing

We are seeking a Project Manager-Events & Wellbeing to join the team of our client who is one of the region's largest luxury hospitality groups.

The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Well-being function by leading and delivering key projects that strengthen both commercial outcomes and brand awareness. The role requires an individual who can drive project success through structured planning, execution, and stakeholder collaboration.

This role has a contract duration of 9 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and align project plans with organizational strategic objectives.
• Oversee the complete project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Ensure delivery of projects within agreed timelines, scope, and budgets.
• Apply and champion project management best practices and methodologies.
• Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate across departments to secure necessary project resources.
• Maintain open, transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactively address issues and manage expectations throughout project phases.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
• Partner with finance teams to manage project budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Implement quality control standards to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Conduct regular project reviews and assessments throughout the lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts and manage third-party agreements.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
• Standardize and enhance project management practices across different regions.
• Remain updated on industry trends and emerging best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate–Advanced level).
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Leadership and team management ability
• Creativity and innovation
• Excellent project management capability
• Detail-oriented approach
• Minimum 6 years’ experience as a Project Manager within a large organization
• Previous experience in hospitality is preferred
• Experience with managing events required
• Background in spa or wellness projects is an advantage
