We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who can oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of exhibition stand and interior fit-out projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, technically skilled, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously within tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage exhibition stand and interior fit-out projects from initial briefing to final handover.
- Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and installation teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, material lists, and installation plans.
- Conduct site visits, supervise onsite work, and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates, address concerns, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Review drawings, BOQs, and technical documents for accuracy and feasibility.
- Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions.
- Ensure all projects are delivered within scope, timeframe, and budget.
- Prepare project reports and maintain documentation for all ongoing jobs.
Requirements
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in project management within exhibition stands, events, or interior fit-out industry.
- Strong understanding of joinery, carpentry, MEP works, and production processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, layouts, and production plans.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
- Qatar/GCC experience preferred.
- Valid Qatar driving license is an advantage.
