PROJECT MANAGER (FACILITY MANAGEMENT)

Project Manager (Facility Management)

We are seeking an experienced PM to oversee, coordinate, and manage facility operations across multiple sites. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and hands-on experience in FM operations including MEP, civil, and soft services.

1. Project & Operations Management

• Manage day-to-day Facility Management operations across project sites.
• Lead MEP, Civil, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Soft Services teams.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are executed properly.
• Monitor service quality, safety compliance, and timely completion of tasks.
• Review and approve work orders, maintenance reports, and site documentation.

2. Client & Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as the main point of contact between client, contractor, and management.
• Attend client meetings and provide progress updates.
• Resolve technical issues and address client concerns promptly.

3. Team Leadership

• Supervise FM team including engineers, supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Conduct toolbox talks, training, and performance evaluations.
• Assign workload and ensure team productivity.

4. Resource & Budget Management

• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost control, and resource allocation.
• Review material requests, purchase orders, and vendor quotations.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, tools, and equipment.

5. Health, Safety & Compliance

• Implement HSE policies and ensure all FM staff follow safety procedures.
• Conduct site audits and enforce compliance with UAE regulations and company policies.

6. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management and client.
• Maintain accurate records for maintenance activities, KPIs, SLA compliance, and audit requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Facility Management, including 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building maintenance, and soft services.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with UAE FM standards, HSE regulations, SLA/KPI management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CAFM systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
• Ability to handle multiple sites and large FM teams.
• Strong coordination with subcontractors and third-party service providers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
