Most general contractors say they're relationship-driven. Our client has the receipts — client partnerships spanning more than two decades, a national footprint built on delivering results in retail environments where schedules don't have room for excuses, and a reputation that's made them a go-to GC for retail rollouts across the country. They're a proud member of the Retail Contractors Association, they leverage technology from digital plan collaboration to 3D virtual job sites, and they operate with a service mentality that runs from pre-construction straight through post-opening maintenance. If you've lived in the fast-track retail world and know how to keep a compressed schedule moving without losing the client relationship, this is a role worth a serious look.
