Job Title: Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee ERP software implementations and mobile app development projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Management:
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives.
• ERP Implementation:
• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with clients and technical teams to customize ERP solutions as per business needs.
• Mobile App Development:
• Manage the design, development, and deployment of mobile applications across platforms.
• Ensure seamless integration between ERP systems and mobile applications.
• Team Leadership:
• Supervise cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, designers, and consultants.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Risk Management:
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Resolve project issues promptly to ensure uninterrupted progress.
• Client Coordination:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and updates on project milestones.
• Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Quality Assurance:
• Oversee testing phases to ensure the quality and functionality of deliverables.
• Implement best practices and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Reporting:
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Track project KPIs and ensure deliverables align with expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically in ERP software and mobile app projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello).
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and mobile application development lifecycles.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Hands-on experience in SaaS-based ERP solutions.
• Technical background in mobile technologies (iOS, Android).
• Familiarity with APIs and integration between ERP and mobile platforms.

Soft Skills:

• Problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Adaptability and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
