Project Manager – Finance-implementation of One VGS

Key Accountabilities:

Project Management & Delivery · Lead end-to-end implementation of One VGS and other finance system projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. · Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and manage risks. · Coordinate with IT, Finance, and Operations teams for system integration and data integrity. Process Improvement & Compliance · Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements within finance operations. · Ensure all projects comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards. Stakeholder Engagement · Act as the primary liaison between Finance, IT, Procurement, and external vendors for project-related matters. · Communicate project status, risks, and deliverables to senior management and stakeholders. Ad-hoc Initiatives · Manage various ad-hoc finance projects, including system upgrades, reporting enhancements, and compliance initiatives. · Provide support for troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

· Timely and successful implementation of One VGS and other system initiatives.

· Achievement of project milestones within budget and timeline.

· Reduction in manual processes and improvement in operational efficiency.

· Compliance with audit and regulatory standards.

Minimum qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

· PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.

Minimum experience

· 5–8 years of experience in project management within finance or system implementation.

· Proven track record of managing ERP or finance system projects (SAP, Oracle, One VGS).

Skillset (job specific technical & system skills if applicable)

· Proficiency in ERP systems and project management tools (MS Project, JIRA).

· Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities..

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
