Job Summary:
The Project Manager(Installation, Testing & Commissioning) will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects related to fire protection and life safety systems, including Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, PAVA (Public Address & Voice Alarm), BGM (Background Music), and Emergency Lighting systems. The role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end project execution for:
Fire Fighting Systems (Sprinkler, Pumps)
Fire Alarm Systems
PAVA / Voice Evacuation Systems
BGM Systems
Emergency & Exit Lighting Systems

Plan, schedule, and monitor installation, testing, and commissioning activities.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and authorities for approvals and inspections.

Ensure compliance with local authority regulations (e.g., Civil Defense) and international standards (NFPA, ).

Review technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs prior to execution.

Manage subcontractors, site engineers, and supervisors.
-
Track project progress and prepare regular reports.

Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.

Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

Lead testing & commissioning activities and ensure proper documentation (ITP, method statements, test reports).

Handle project handover, snag closing, and final documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.

7–12 years of experience in Fire & Life Safety systems.

Proven experience in UAE/GCC projects is preferred.
