We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager – Fit-Out to join our growing team.

Job Description:
As a Project Manager – Fit-Out, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of fit-out projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role requires a detail-oriented and solution-driven professional with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the fit-out project from concept to completion, ensuring it meets client requirements and expectations.
• Manage all aspects of the project, including scope, schedule, cost, and quality control.
• Coordinate and collaborate with clients, contractors, designers, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and procurement processes.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays.
• Ensure all health, safety, and legal regulations are followed on-site.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Negotiate with suppliers and contractors to secure competitive pricing and deliver value for money.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Lead project meetings, including progress updates, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate project delays or budget overruns.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2).
• Experience with high-end or complex fit-out projects.
• Knowledge of sustainability and green building standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
