Job Title: Project Manager – Fit Out

Role Overview:
The Project Manager (Fit Out) will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering interior fit-out projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and deliver fit-out projects from initiation to handover.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, and designers to finalize project requirements.
• Manage procurement of materials, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, health & safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, control costs, and prepare regular progress reports.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and commercial issues.
• Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction with project delivery.
• Oversee project closeout, snagging, and handover documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Proven experience (5–10 years) in project management of fit-out / interior works.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishing works.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project/Primavera) and AutoCAD.
• Strong financial and cost-control understanding.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
