Project Manager – Fit-Out

Project Manager – Fit-Out

Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Management

  • Lead, plan, and manage multiple fit-out projects simultaneously (hospitality, commercial, retail, and F&B).
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and schedules in alignment with client requirements.
  • Oversee all phases of project execution, from initiation to handover.

Cost & Contract Management

  • Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets, cash flow, and cost reports.
  • Manage contracts, subcontracts, variations, and claims in compliance with company policies.
  • Work with procurement teams to source materials, FF&E, and subcontractors within budget.

Coordination & Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Chair regular project meetings and provide progress reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.

· 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 5+ years in the UAE fit-out industry.

· Proven track record in delivering hospitality and commercial projects (hotels, restaurants, offices, malls, retail, etc.).

· Strong knowledge of fit-out construction, MEP coordination, joinery, and FF&E integration.
