About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver high-end fit-out and luxury finishes projects in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record managing large-scale, premium interior projects from inception to handover, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met at the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage luxury fit-out projects from design development through execution and final handover.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and progress reports.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.

• Oversee site activities, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely completion.

• Manage teams effectively, fostering collaboration and accountability.

• Report project status and risks to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in fit-out and luxury finishes projects (GCC experience preferred).

• Proven track record in managing high-end interior projects (hospitality, retail, residential, or commercial luxury developments).

• Strong knowledge of project management tools, contracts, and site execution.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (or willing to relocate).
