Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead fit-out projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will be Mandarin and English, PMP-certified (preferred), or possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in managing interior fit-out projects. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and exceptional communication skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage fit-out projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; track progress and manage risks.
- Coordinate with clients, design teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, local regulations, and safety requirements.
- Prepare and present regular project reports, updates, and documentation to stakeholders.
- Resolve project issues and conflicts promptly, ensuring minimal impact on timelines and quality.
- Mentor and guide project teams to optimize performance and professional development.
Qualifications & Experience:
- PMP certification preferred; alternatively, minimum 10 years of experience managing fit-out or interior construction projects.
- Proven experience in handling complex fit-out projects from inception to completion.
- Bilingual proficiency.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
