Project Manager (Fit-Out Projects)

We are seeking a technically strong Project Manager capable of independently managing fit-out projects from A to Z, with proven hands-on experience in MEP, HVAC, and final finishing works, including but not limited to the following:

MEP & HVAC Technical Responsibilities:

• Full management and coordination of MEP systems including:

- Electrical systems (LV, lighting, power, small power, emergency lighting)
- Mechanical systems (HVAC, ventilation, chilled water, ducted & VRF systems)
- Plumbing and drainage systems
- Fire fighting and fire alarm systems (as per QCDD requirements)

• Ability to review, coordinate, and approve MEP shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
• Coordination of HVAC ducting, chilled water piping, insulation, air balancing, and testing requirements
• Managing testing, commissioning, and authority inspections for MEP and HVAC works
• Close coordination with consultants and authorities to ensure approvals and compliance

Fit-Out & Final Finishing Works:

• Strong experience in managing high-quality finishing and termination works, including:

- Ceiling systems, partitions, joinery, and architectural finishes
- Electrical and mechanical final terminations
- Fixtures, fittings, equipment installation, and alignment
- Snagging, de-snagging, and final quality checks

• Ensuring perfect coordination between MEP and architectural finishes to avoid clashes and rework
• Delivering projects to handover-ready standards, including as-built drawings and O&M manuals

General Project Management Responsibilities:

• Full project planning, scheduling, and execution
• Coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Site management, manpower control, and productivity monitoring
• Budget control, cost tracking, variations, and claims management
• HSE compliance and site safety enforcement
• Progress reporting, documentation, and final handover

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Qatar (mandatory)
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in fit-out projects, especially MEP and HVAC
• Proven ability to manage final finishing and termination works to high standards
• Ability to write and speak excellent Arabic and excellent English
• Strong leadership, technical judgment, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for project delivery

Salary Package:

• QAR 10,000 to QAR 16,500 (all-inclusive), depending on experience and qualifications.
