Project Manager – Fit-Out Projects (KSA

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager – Fit-Out Projects to lead and manage interior fit-out projects across the Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will oversee projects from planning through handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete fit-out project lifecycle from initiation to completion
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and cost tracking
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Monitor site activities and resolve technical or operational issues
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Review drawings, BOQs, and material submittals
• Ensure timely procurement and resource allocation
• Manage project budgets and variation orders
• Supervise project teams and site engineers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in interior fit-out projects
• Previous experience managing commercial, retail, hospitality, or office fit-out projects in KSA
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and site execution
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
• PMP certification is an advantage
• Valid driving license preferred
