We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead the execution of interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, technical expertise, and a proven track record in managing high-end commercial and residential fit-out works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of fit-out projects from inception to completion
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any operational issues
• Prepare progress reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management within the fit-out industry
• Strong knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• UAE driving license is preferred
• Knowledgeable in Primavera app
