Project Manager (Fitout)

1. Overall Project Leadership

• Lead and manage complete fit-out project lifecycle from award to handover
• Define project objectives, scope, budget, and timeline
• Ensure alignment with client expectations and contract requirements
• Represent the company in client and consultant meetings

2. Project Planning & Execution

• Approve baseline schedule prepared by Planning Engineer
• Ensure proper sequencing of works (civil, partitions, ceilings, MEP, finishes)
• Monitor critical path activities and ensure timely completion
• Oversee site mobilization and logistics planning

3. Budget & Cost Control

• Monitor project budget and cash flow
• Approve procurement of materials and subcontract packages
• Control variations and change orders
• Ensure project profitability and cost efficiency
