Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end F&B projects from planning to execution
- Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with operations, procurement, culinary, and marketing teams
- Oversee new restaurant openings or F&B concept rollouts
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and local regulations
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Monitor project KPIs and deliver performance reports
- Drive cost control and operational efficiency initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
- 3–7+ years of project management experience in Food & Beverage
- Experience in restaurant operations, catering, or F&B manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of food safety and compliance standards
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- PMP certification (preferred but not required)
