Project Manager – Food & Beverage (F&B)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end F&B projects from planning to execution
  • Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate with operations, procurement, culinary, and marketing teams
  • Oversee new restaurant openings or F&B concept rollouts
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and local regulations
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Monitor project KPIs and deliver performance reports
  • Drive cost control and operational efficiency initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
  • 3–7+ years of project management experience in Food & Beverage
  • Experience in restaurant operations, catering, or F&B manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and compliance standards
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • PMP certification (preferred but not required)
