Position: Project Manager - Hotel Pre-Opening

A new upcoming 4-Star Hotel in Kuwait is seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead and coordinate all pre-opening and soft opening operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Chairman and senior management to ensure the successful launch of the hotel by overseeing procurement, setup, and operational readiness of all departments.

This role requires strong hospitality, pre-opening experience, procurement knowledge, and project coordination skills to ensure that all hotel facilities, equipment, and operational requirements are prepared before opening.

We Are Hiring Project Manager

Requirements (will use this to post in social media platforms)

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–10 years’ experience in hotel operations or hospitality project management.
• Previous hotel pre-opening experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hotel procurement, FF&E, and OS&E.
• Excellent vendor negotiation and project coordination skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience in 4-Star or 5-Star hotel projects is an advantage.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
