Project Manager for Consulting & Pitch Deck Design Agency(Evening Shift)

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager to oversee operations for our startup consulting and pitch deck design business on Upwork. Our agency specializes in helping startups craft investor-ready presentations, business models, and go-to-market strategies.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing creative teams, handling client communication, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of projects related to pitch decks, branding, and startup advisory services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate projects from client onboarding to final delivery
• Communicate with clients to understand requirements and maintain satisfaction
• Assign tasks to designers, content writers, and analysts based on project scope
• Oversee timelines, feedback rounds, and revisions
• Ensure quality standards and brand consistency across all deliverables
• Track progress and report to the founders on performance and workflow efficiency
• Help streamline processes to improve turnaround times and client experience
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Operations Lead, or Account Manager (preferably on Upwork or in creative/startup agencies)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with pitch decks, and consulting business strategy
• Ability to work with cross-functional remote teams (designers, strategists, writers)
• Excellent command of English (verbal & written)
• Comfortable with tools like Trello, Asana, Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, or ClickUp
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in consulting, venture capital, or design-focused startups
• Understanding of fundraising decks, financial storytelling, or investor communication
• Ability to provide creative input and quality assurance for deliverables
