Project Manager for Fit Out Projects(Arabic Speaker)

Our Holding Group is currently looking for Project Manager for Fit Out Projects

• Follow up the implementation works and materials purchase.
• Reviewing the plans and applying them to the sites
• Follow-up workers (labors) and contractors.
• Follow-up the abstracts and ongoing projects.
• Check up sites’ measurement/dimensions and organize as built drawings to be approved with execution manager.
• Reviewing as built drawings received from contractors and matching them on sites.
• Providing solutions on sites and coordinate between contractors as per operations approved from execution manager.
• Follow up task’s completions from the side of contractors, reviewing and checking the payments.
• Organize a timetable on following up the sites and provide a weekly report for the execution manager.
• Provide monthly report on all ongoing projects and submit to the execution manager.
• Provide solutions for all sites problems with collaboration with the execution manager

Education

• BS Architect / Civil Engineer

Requires Skills/Abilities

• Highly organized with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
• A natural flair for building relationships with people on every level.
• Great communication skills and an ability to think quickly and clearly under pressure.
• Quick learner with a willing attitude and the ability to respond to a constantly changing environment
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English (both speaking & written)
• Flexible to work longer hours if required

Technical

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior design or Civil Engineer.
• Experience with at least 6 years.
• With valid QID and transferable visa
