Project Manager for Renovation Projects

We are looking an Project Manager minimum 8 year of experience in renovation is responsible for overseeing residential renovation and fit-out projects from start to finish. Their role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. Here are their key responsibilities:

• Site Execution & Supervision:Responsible for all on-site execution activity to ensure high standards of workmanship, materials, and adherence to approved drawings.
• Client Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for clients, resolve all client concerns providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop and manage detailed project timelines, milestones, and deliverables from design to completion.
• Design Coordination: Collaborate with designers to ensure the design intent is accurately executed on-site.
• Vendor & Contractor Management: Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality work.
• Quality Control: Implement and enforce company quality assurance processes to maintain design integrity and construction excellence.
• Budget & Cost Control: Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, regulations, and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards.
• Project Handover: Supervise final inspections, snagging, and ensure smooth handover with complete documentation and client satisfaction.
