Project Manager & Graphic Designer

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Project Manager/Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, with a passion for the details. You will be responsible for managing projects from concept to completion, helping coordinate all of the details and creative along the way. This role requires proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite as well as the ability to quickly learn our CRM/Estimating software. All applicants must have at least 3 years of experience in the large format printing & sign profession. No exceptions will be made.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative design concepts for large format printing, sign, and apparel projects.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate all of the details.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Shopify, and PressWise.
• Participate in the QC process to ensure your projects are up to our Signature Worthy standards.
• Prepare detailed shop drawings and sign proofs as needed.
• Prepare files for print production and ensure quality control throughout the design process.
• Meet with clients and do surveys as needed for sign and wrap projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer/Project Manager or in a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy in all deliverables.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
