Project Manager HDD

We are seeking an experienced HDD Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of horizontal directional drilling projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in underground utilities, drilling operations, and construction project management. You will coordinate with field crews, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HDD projects from inception through completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning.
• Review plans, permits, specifications, and engineering documents.
• Coordinate with drill crews, locators, subcontractors, inspectors, and utility owners.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety compliance, and quality control.
• Prepare and manage project documentation including daily reports, change orders, and invoices.
• Identify risks, troubleshoot field challenges, and implement mitigation solutions.
• Ensure all projects comply with OSHA, environmental, and company safety standards.
• Communicate project status with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.
• Drive timely project completion within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
