We help our clients achieve optimal results through exceptional trade show experiences, event production, conferences, and interior design & fit-out services.

The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to join our growing team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) branch. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of our clients' projects, from initial concept to final execution.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of assigned projects, including budget, schedule, and resources.
• Collaborate closely with the design team, vendors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Oversee procurement, logistics, and installation of all project elements.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in project management, preferably within the event or exhibition industry.
• Engineering background is required.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with project management software (e.g., Trello) a plus.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a strong advantage.
