Project Manager - High-Rise Building

About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction of high-rise building projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale developments of 45+ floors, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and compliance with UAE construction standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-rise construction projects.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee progress reports, risk management, and project documentation.
• Maintain quality control throughout all phases of construction.
