Project Manager – High-Rise Building

Role Overview

Lead high-rise projects from mobilization to handover. Only candidates with hands-on experience in G+8+ buildings will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of project delivery: schedule, cost, quality, safety, compliance
• Manage site teams, contractors, clients, and contracts
• Control budgets, timelines, and recovery plans
• Ensure HSE, regulatory, and quality compliance
• Resolve technical and commercial issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• 11–15 years construction experience, 5+ years in high-rise projects
• Proven record of completing at least one full project
• Fluent in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada
• Valid Driving License

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
