Project Manager – High-Rise Buildings

Job Summary

We are hiring a Project Manager with proven experience in high-rise building construction. The role involves end-to-end project execution, contractor management, coordination with consultants, and ensuring timely and quality delivery.

• Qualification: B.E. Civil Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience
• Strong high-rise building construction experience is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Overall planning, execution, monitoring, and control of high-rise projects.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and consultants effectively.
• Ensure project completion within approved cost, time, and quality parameters.
• Coordinate with planning, procurement, MEP, and QA/QC teams.
• Review project schedules, progress reports, claims, and variation orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Report project progress, risks, and technical matters to senior management.
