Project Manager - High-Rise Construction (UAE/GCC Experience Required)

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Plan, manage, and supervise all construction activities from initiation to handover for complex high-rise developments.
• Coordination & Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison, coordinating effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Financial & Schedule Management: Critically review and approve project schedules, detailed cost estimates, and comprehensive progress reports.
• Compliance & Safety: Rigorously enforce compliance with all local regulations, UAE/GCC building codes, and stringent safety standards on site.
• Quality & Issue Resolution: Implement and monitor robust quality control processes; proactively identify and resolve all technical or site-related issues promptly.
• Documentation & Communication: Oversee all project documentation, contract management, and maintain clear, effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Team Management: Provide strong leadership and guidance to the site team, ensuring optimal efficiency and successful achievement of all project objectives.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular, detailed reports on project status, identified risks, and financial performance to senior management.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (a Master’s Degree is preferred).
• Experience: A minimum of 10–15 years of overall experience in construction project management is required, with at least 5 years specifically managing high-rise projects within the UAE or GCC region.
• Skills:
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage large-scale, multi-disciplinary construction teams and complex projects.
• Strong working knowledge of project management tools, construction scheduling software, and modern construction methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
