Project Manager – High-Rise Projects

Heilbronn is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of high-rise tower developments. The role demands strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and commercial awareness to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high-rise tower projects from mobilization to handover

• Develop and control project schedules, budgets, and execution strategies

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contracts, and statutory regulations

• Monitor construction progress, resolve technical issues, and mitigate project risks

• Oversee quality control, HSE compliance, and site performance

• Review and approve method statements, shop drawings, material submittals, and work programs

• Manage contractual, commercial, and claims-related matters in coordination with QS and contracts teams

• Conduct regular progress meetings and prepare detailed management reports

• Ensure smooth testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline

• Minimum 10 years of experience, with proven delivery of high-rise tower projects

• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, authorities’ approvals, and regulations

• Hands-on experience managing main contractors, MEP coordination, and vertical construction logistics

• Proficient in Primavera P6 / MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office

• Solid understanding of FIDIC contracts and project commercial controls

• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage multiple disciplines under high-pressure timelines
