Job Overview – Project Manager (Restaurant Development)

We are hiring a Project Manager (Restaurant Development) for our client, to manage the end-to-end delivery of new restaurant projects, from site selection and leasing to construction and final handover. The role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with brand standards. The ideal candidate will have strong F&B/restaurant development experience and excellent stakeholder coordination skills.

Job Description :

• Manage end-to-end implementation of new restaurant projects from concept to opening
• Lead site selection, leasing negotiations, and location finalization
• Coordinate restaurant layout planning, structural modifications, MEP works, and fit-outs
• Liaise with landlords, contractors, architects, consultants, vendors, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, design guidelines, and local regulations
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
• Monitor construction progress and resolve issues to avoid delays or cost overruns
• Ensure timely project handover and support during restaurant opening

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
• 10–12 years of relevant experience in restaurant, F&B, retail, or hospitality project development
• Proven track record of delivering multiple restaurant projects end-to-end
• Strong knowledge of leasing, site evaluation, restaurant layouts, and build-outs
• Excellent coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines and budgets
