Temporary role
Under the direction and leadership of the CHRO, this role will:
- Project manage key HR transformational initiatives (six sigma) (inception to installation)
- Work with CHRO on board/ executive compensation alignment to market that allows the retention of top talent. ( Compensation Certification required).
- Develop implementation plan for HR Leadership talent strategy.
- Extensive knowledge of UKG Dimensions in order to develop plan for maximum system usage with HR Leadership.
- Develop multiyear strategy to align organizations performance processes that support a culture of performance.
Required background:
- MBA Finance
- Certification in Benefits and Compensation
- Project Management experience or certification (six sigma preferred)
- HR experience in leadership position required- SPHR
- Experience writing policies
- Experience developing communication and learning plans
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- System integration experience required
Compensation: $50-75/hr depending on experience
