Project Manager - HR

Temporary role

Under the direction and leadership of the CHRO, this role will:

• Project manage key HR transformational initiatives (six sigma) (inception to installation)
• Work with CHRO on board/ executive compensation alignment to market that allows the retention of top talent. ( Compensation Certification required).
• Develop implementation plan for HR Leadership talent strategy.
• Extensive knowledge of UKG Dimensions in order to develop plan for maximum system usage with HR Leadership.
• Develop multiyear strategy to align organizations performance processes that support a culture of performance.

Required background:

• MBA Finance
• Certification in Benefits and Compensation
• Project Management experience or certification (six sigma preferred)
• HR experience in leadership position required- SPHR
• Experience writing policies
• Experience developing communication and learning plans
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• System integration experience required

Compensation: $50-75/hr depending on experience
