• Manage one or more Agile scrum teams, Agile scrum ceremonies
• Manage product feature releases, epic releases, bug fix releases, manage release schedules and milestones, manage high team velocity, predict and ideate business requirements and translate into product features
• Manage diverse members of scrum teams consisting of employees and vendor contractors
• Manage resource capitalization of scrum teams, and contractor timesheets and billing
• Manage budgets as part of PMO team for multiple projects in a product development environment consisting of onsite, offshore employees and contractors
• Publish budget burn reports for executives, engineering managers, finance stake holders to give a picture of movement for full fiscal year, which can help with hiring decisions by executives
• Manage development team, understanding tech stack, understanding nuts & bolts of the application, collaborate with stake holders - Finance teams, Product Engineering teams, Scrum Masters and Technical Program Managers, Vendors to deliver outstanding product
• Manage application interfaces with other applications
• Manage Program Increment (PI) and Sprint backlogs, sprint tasks, story point assignments, delivery schedules, complexity assessment, PI/Sprint deliverables metrics reports
• Manage up-to-date documentation on the product design and training material for the product users
• Share periodical release notes with all stake holders
• Manage Procurement to Pay processes - hiring, managing Statements of Work (SoW), billing rate negotiations, preparing purchase orders, manage timesheets, manage invoices, PO balances, contract renewals etc. in a centralized procurement process
• Collaborate with global procurement teams, BU finance teams, cross functional engineering teams, peer Technical Program Managers to manage procurement and billing aspects of contractor resources
• Stay ahead with risk management, business continuity of the product
