Industry Energy technology (IET) part of Baker Hughes Company operates across 120 countries and serves the entire energy value-chain and industrial sector. We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology and lifecycle services. Our mechanical Engineering Team uses cutting edge technology to design gas and steam turbines, compressors and expanders.

Responsibilities

• Leading end to end project management for rotating equipment projects, from contract award through commissioning, startup, and final project closeout.
• Collaborating closely with cross functional teams including engineering, procurement, and manufacturing to ensure alignment and project success.
• Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
• Developing and managing detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to meet key milestones.
• Identifying potential risks and proactively implementing mitigation strategies.
• Ensuring strict compliance with Baker Hughes standards, safety protocols, and quality requirements.
• Providing regular status updates and maintaining comprehensive project documentation for all stakeholders.
• Fostering strong client relationships through transparent communication, regular meetings, and performance reviews to ensure satisfaction and successful project delivery.
• Supporting the localization and increasing local contents for local commodity, working hand on hand with Sourcing Organization to enhance IKTVA score.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in project management, preferably within a technical or industrial setting.
• Previous experience in rotating equipment.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross functional projects with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• PMP Certification is preferred.
