Project Manager - Infrastructure

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Infrastructure to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure initiatives across the bank. This includes projects involving data center upgrades, cloud migrations, network and security enhancements, system integrations, and business continuity planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure and a solid understanding of the banking environment, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for infrastructure-related initiatives.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams: network, security, systems, cloud, and application teams.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Compliance, Risk) and external vendors.
• Ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements (e.g., PCI-DSS, SWIFT CSP, local central bank rules).
• Monitor and report on project progress using dashboards and formal reporting tools.
• Identify risks and issues early, and develop mitigation plans.
• Manage procurement and vendor relationships (hardware/software, service providers).
• Support testing, deployment, and change management activities.
• Ensure successful handover to operations and support teams after implementation
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years in banking infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure domains: networks, servers, data centers, storage, virtualization, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, private cloud).
• Familiarity with core banking systems, payment gateways, and IT security in financial institutions.
