Project Manager - Infrastructure Wet Utilities & buildings

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, execution, and successful delivery of wet utilities infrastructure projects and buildings, including water supply, sewerage networks. The role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with contract specifications, authority requirements, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full project lifecycle from mobilization to final handover.
  • Oversee construction of water, sewerage, stormwater, and irrigation networks.
  • Ensure compliance with authority requirements (e.g., ADDC/AADC, Municipality, etc.).
  • Review and approve project schedules, method statements, and resource plans.
  • Monitor project progress, productivity, and cost control.
  • Lead site engineers, foremen, surveyors, and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, and government authorities.
  • Manage procurement planning and material approvals.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
  • Ensure strict compliance with HSE and QA/QC standards.
  • Prepare progress reports and attend progress meetings with stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely project completion and handover documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 15–20 years of experience in infrastructure projects, with at least 10 years in wet utilities and buildings.
  • Proven experience managing water, sewerage, and stormwater network projects in UAE.
  • Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project teams effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED27,000.00 per month
