Project Manager (Inteior)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager with 10+ years of hands-on experience in the interior design or interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects, leading site teams, coordinating with clients, and ensuring timely and quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complete interior project life cycles—from planning, execution, monitoring to final handover.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, timelines, workflow charts, and progress documentation.
• Ensure work is executed strictly as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee procurement of materials, vendor negotiations, and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor project budgets, manage cost control, and prevent cost overruns.
• Handle workforce management, contractor supervision, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Provide clear communication and periodic updates to senior management and clients.
• Ensure smooth coordination across multiple sites and deliver projects within deadlines.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Minimum 10+ years of experience in the interior fit-out / interior execution sector.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, technical drawings, site execution methods, and project workflows.
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and project management tools.
