About Us

We are a new and growing interior design company based in Bangalore, focused on delivering functional and aesthetic spaces. We are looking for a Project Manager who can manage site execution, coordinate with teams, and ensure project delivery on time and within quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of interior design projects at client sites
• Coordinate between interior designers and labor teams to ensure smooth communication
• Supervise on-site activities and ensure work quality aligns with design plans
• Manage materials, check availability, and raise purchase requests as needed
• Handle labour allocation, daily planning, and task tracking
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and resolve on-site issues
• Maintain project timelines, documentation, and provide updates to management
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and quality expectations

Requirements

• 2-4years of experience in interior site supervision or project management
• Strong knowledge of interior materials (wood, laminates, hardware, etc.)
• Fluent in Kannada and English (both mandatory)
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and layout plans
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Male candidates preferred for site coordination and on-ground supervision
• Must be willing to travel to various project sites across Bangalore
