Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee interior design and fit-out projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will manage timelines, budgets, vendors, site teams, and client communication to ensure smooth execution and delivery of high-quality interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute interior design projects across residential, commercial, or hospitality sectors.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, vendors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and design specifications.
• Manage procurement and delivery of materials, fixtures, and finishes as per design intent.
• Handle client communications and keep all stakeholders updated on progress.
• Lead project meetings, prepare status reports, and maintain project documentation.
• Resolve site issues or delays proactively and professionally.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in interior design project management.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, design processes, and construction methods.
• Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other project management/design software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Prior experience in high-end residential, commercial, or retail interiors.
• Knowledge of green building practices and sustainable materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
